Conclusions

The construction of two 2 meter circular culverts will allow for passage across Butterfield Creek, providing full property access during peak flows. There will be higher water levels upstream of the culvert, but they are minimal and will return to normal when flows decrease.
Peak flow values were calculated based on many assumptions that could be refined with further fieldwork and analysis.
